Paragliding tourism in Modangan beach is a new tourist attraction located in Sumberoto Village, Donomulyo District, Malang Regency. This tourist spot has just been inaugurated by the tourism office and culture of Malang district on 17 November 2017.

This paragliding runway starts from the top of Waung hill with an altitude of approximately 210 meters above sea level (masl) and a comfortable landing is in modangan beach with 1,06 kilometer white sand. The clear view from above is the green hills stretching, the virgin forests and Modangan Beach to be an interesting sight.
The view from the top of Waung hill is really very charming so can lingered from the morning until afternoon enjoying a beauty the southern sea and beauty white sand is extraordinarily. Paragliding on the beach Modangan is the only one in east Java landing on the beach.
If you are afraid to do paragliding don’t need to be disappointed. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of hills that mingle with the white sand of south beach. The place has also available for selfie with a board read I LOVE YOU while enjoying the beauty of sunset from the waung hill which is the runway for paragliding.
